Who provides this service
Service provider: Iryna Chmyr, sole proprietor (FOP) registered in Ukraine; Ukrainian tax identification number (RNOKPP): 3178613803; address: Zakharivka, Odesa region, Ukraine. Direct and free contact: our contact page and the contact form on this site.
"Apostilla Antecedentes" is an independent online information and assistance service. We are not a government agency or a state-owned company, and we are not affiliated with any government institution. Orders are fulfilled together with third parties: qualified lawyers, notaries, and sworn translators. Official documents are issued solely by the competent public authorities.
Acceptance of these terms
By using apostillaantecedentes.com or requesting a service from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
What we do
We assist individuals and businesses with document authentication and related services: apostille under the Hague Convention of 1961, consular legalization for non-Hague countries, and certified or sworn translation. We authenticate and certify existing official documents — we do not issue civil-status documents ourselves, and we are not a law firm.
Information is general guidance
The procedures, prices, and timeframes described on this site are general guidance, accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of review. Your specific case may differ depending on the issuing authority, document type, and destination-country requirements. Nothing on this site is legal advice. See our editorial policy for how we prepare and review content.
Quotes, orders, and payment
- A quote becomes an order once you confirm it and we accept your case.
- Prices depend on document type, country, urgency, and whether translation or courier is included; government and consular fees may change without notice.
- Timeframes are estimates and depend on third parties (issuing authorities, consulates, couriers) outside our control.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and authentic documents.
- Confirm the exact requirements of the institution that will receive your document, as final acceptance depends on that institution.
- Respond to requests for information needed to advance your case.
Limitation of liability
We carry out each service with professional care, but we cannot guarantee that any specific authority or institution will accept a document, since acceptance rules are set by the receiving party. We are not liable for delays caused by government offices, consulates, or couriers, nor for outcomes resulting from inaccurate information or documents provided to us.
Intellectual property
The text, design, and graphics on this site are our property and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services or legal obligations change. The "last reviewed" date above reflects the current version.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel an order before work on it has started; we refund the amount paid minus any costs already incurred.
Once work has started, we refund the proportional part that has not been carried out, minus costs incurred. Official fees already paid to authorities and work already performed by third parties are not refundable.
If an order cannot be completed for reasons attributable to us, we refund the full amount. If completion becomes impossible because an authority refuses for reasons attributable to you (inaccurate data, encumbrances, legal prohibitions), we refund the amount minus costs incurred.
Right of withdrawal (14 days). As a consumer in the EU/EEA you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving a reason. If you ask us to begin work before that period ends, you accept that once the service has been fully performed you lose the right of withdrawal, and that if you withdraw before full performance you will pay the proportional part of the service already provided. To withdraw, send us a statement through our contact page.
Refund requests: our contact page. Resolution time: up to 10 business days.
Turnaround times
The timeframes shown on this site and quoted when you place an order are estimates. The actual timeframe depends on authorities, notaries, postal services, and other third parties. We make reasonable efforts to meet them, but we cannot guarantee timeframes that depend on third parties.
Governing law and disputes
We may update these terms; a new version applies from the moment it is published on this page and does not apply to orders already paid for without your consent.
The law of the provider's country applies, unless mandatory rules of the consumer's country provide otherwise. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing that, before the courts under the applicable law.
